Come "Funk it up" with me!!

At last, the kit that I have been working on is released!!! Details of the kit can be found at Scrapping Angels !!

What I can tell you is, it is an awesome kit and yes, it is slightly more expensive than the other kits but there is a reason.....I had to have a really nice journalling stamp in my kit...so you will get a gorgeous WOOD MOUNTED journalling stamp. This had to be sourced from USA. This is a stamp that you can use all the time because it says Notes from Today and has a little space for journalling. The other two items which I can't scrap without are my 3D KindyGlitz slick black and slick white. Ever wondered how I did those beautiful lumpy bumpy dots in my layouts....well, there they are in all their glory. Check out the sneak peek for the texture!! Other yummy things in the kit are all the embellishments by Imaginations Project from their Office Supplied line....two packets are actual coasters while the other is cardstock stickers. We were waiting on tenderhooks for these to arrive from USA and are absolutely a breeze to work with. Lastly, my kit would not be complete without my staple embellishments....Collections chipboard hearts and reos and Heidi Swapp blossoms.

Yes, the 'Funk it up' kit is a rather eclectic mix of papers, textures, and colours, but let me assure you that they do go together very well...if you think outside the square and take yourself out of your comfort zone. IMHO, that is what a good kit does, you get to use a range of papers and embellishments that you wouldn't normally buy simply because you wouldn't know how to use it or don't know what to use it with. The fabulous difference with Scrapping Angels is ....you get instructions. Yep...step by step instructions with colour photos.....instructions from start to finish not just to 1 layout....but to 4 layouts. Yes, each of my sneak peeks is of a different layout. And they are all suited for boys as well as for girls. I have 3 boys, but I don't have a problem with using pink or flowers on layouts for boys, learn how to do this tastefully!!

Lastly, those who buy the kit can come and have an online chat with me one night. Trish will advise us of the date very soon and it will be lots of laughs. It's not an online class because you do have all the instructions, but you are more than welcome to ask any questions about the kits/layouts etc. Any urgent questions about the layouts or kits, you can email me at ruey68@optusnet.com.au

Ok....these are limited edition kits, once this lot has been sold, they will not be re-ordered, so don't think twice.....lol...just go and click here to buy......and while you're not thinking twice.....Scrapping Angels have 30% off all the other kits this month....super super special. Grab Sofi's Mother's Day kit or the last Annie Hafermann kit or learn to pop like the Queen of Pop Carole Janson. And if you haven't used your discount voucher from Crop 4 kids.....this is the PERFECT opportunity ;P

Thank you!!!

I think you have raised a really good point with your kit. When I saw it I knew it wasnt going to be my usual style or colours but hopefully by starting off with ur instructions I'll produce something outside my comfort zone that looks great!

I love this. I have to have this. I have no money! For your sake, I hope they sell out quick, but for my sake I hope there's still one there in a week or so when I have money again!

I'm not normally a kit person, but I could use everything in this one.
